  • The Claiborne Company Releases Bates Label Cloud (1/15/2018) - Bates Labels was originally introduced in 1995 as a Word template. After many versions over the years, the product is in the cloud. Following a popular theme, there is "no software." Simply enter the sequence you want for your labels, and a pdf file is generated you can print and/or download. And it is free.

  • David Claiborne Receives Salesforce.com Developer Award (11/12/2008) - David Claiborne, the founder and principal of The Claiborne Company, was awarded the Developer Award by salesforce.com at Dreamforce 2008 in San Francisco. Mr. Claiborne was honored for his ground-breaking ERP implementation for Vetrazzo using the new apex and visualforce capabilities of salesforce.com.
     
  • The Claiborne Company Moves to New Orleans (10/5/2005) - Even a hurricane could not stop the move to New Orleans. We are doing well, with minimal damage to our infrastructure. We are actively supporting the rebuilding of the technology community in the city.
     
  • New Company Focus (10/29/04) - The Claiborne Company has restructured to focus on three areas, customer relationship management, document management, and training.
     
  • The Claiborne Company Returns East (5/1/2002) - After 4 years in San Francisco, The Claiborne Company has relocated back to Maryland. We are now based in Annapolis, the state capitol. We look forward to renewing our acquaintances with old clients and friends.
     
  • Bates Label Document Released (7/5/2000) - Compatible with Microsoft Word 2000 and Word XP, the new version allows you to include bar codes on each label. Also, the numbering direction can be set to vertical or horizontal.
